- Prepare initial floor plan layouts
- Discuss pros and cons of layout options
- Adjust and agree upon final layout
- Discuss cabinet options
- Preliminary selections of materials, finishes and door styles
Review Your Selections
- Elevations presented & floorplan reviewed
- Fine-tune drawings and layout
- Obtain final appliance selections
- Make final selection of door styles & finishes
Finalize the Details
- Review completed drawings and selections
- Review timing & responsibilities
- Proposal sent for client review and signature
- Final design plans sent to general contractor/builder (revisions made where necessary)
Deliver & Install – TBD based on builder schedule
- Scheduled delivery and installation date (with builder)
- Cabinetry installed and inspected
